Getting to the Exhibition Venue
You can get to the North Entrance via Hannover Main station and the West Enrance via Hannover Messe/Laatzen stations. Click here to find out how to get to the venue.
B.F.M. Incoming & Traveller Services GmbH buses run between Hannover airport and the exhibition grounds. For further information on the services and booking options can be found at www.bfmhaj.com.
Facilities at the Exhibition Venue
Yes, left luggage service is available onsite for a fee. The left luggage fee will be available in Q2 2027.
There are many parking areas available at the exhibition grounds. You can find more information about parking here (https://www.gfv-messe.de/en-gb/arrival).
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the exhibition grounds during the exhibition period (16 - 22 September).
There are food and beverage outlets within the exhibition centre. Halal, Kosher, vegetarian and vegan meals are available in some restaurants.
The list of F&B outlets available in Messegelaende Hannover will be available from Q1 2027.

Admission
Pets are strictly not allowed.
As there are no childcare facilities onsite, it is not advisable to bring your child below 15 years old to the exhibition centre. CEMATEX, the Organisers, the Co-organiser and the Venue cannot be held responsible for the child’s well-being.
Students, and/or minors below 15 years old are not allowed to visit the exhibition. At the sole discretion of the Organisers, students, and/or minors between the age of 15 to 21 years old may be allowed access into the halls provided they submit a completed ‘Consent Form for Minors’ signed by their parents or legal guardian responsible for the them.
During the exhibition, build-up and dismantling period, minors below the age of 15 years shall not be admitted into the halls. At the sole discretion of the Organisers, minors between the age of 15 to 21 years old may be allowed access into the halls under these conditions:
• Minors must possess a valid work contract with the exhibitor or stand contractor. Indemnity form signed by their employers and guardians must be submitted to the ITMA Service Team.
• During show days, minors must produce an indemnity form signed by their parents and/or adults with parental and guardian rights on the minors and/or who are legally responsible for them.
The exhibitors/stand contractors and parents/guardians agree to fully release CEMATEX, the Organisers and the Venue from any liability towards the minors, who will be under their exclusive control, authority and responsibility at all times.

Start-Up Valley
Successful applicants can expand their reach and increase their brand exposure by presenting at the Innovator Xchange, or participating in the ITMA Sustainable Innovation Award and the ITMA Innovative Video Showcase. Look out for our event updates.
You may order for more stand services via the online service order platform by logging into the Exhibitor Centre.
Successful grant applicants will be notified by 28 October 2022 to complete the application process for their participation.
Applicants selected for the CEMATEX Start-Up Grant must be located in the Start-Up Valley. Applicant who wishes to be located outside of the Start-Up Valley should apply as a ITMA 2027 exhibitor.
All applications for the CEMATEX Start-Up Grant will go through a selection process by our selection panel.
Applicants will be informed of the grant approval result by 28 October 2022. Successful applicants are required to complete their ITMA 2027 space application process here.

The Start-Up Valley Grant allows eligible start-up companies to save on participation fees by covering 100% of the stand space rental and construction fee.
The Start-Up Valley is a new initiative by CEMATEX to spotlight companies in their early stages of development with new and game changing solutions for the textile, garment and fashion industry.
Stand Space Application and Stand Information
Start-ups are welcome to apply for the Start-up Valley (SUV) Grant. Approved start-ups will be allocated stand space in the SUV. The SUV grant will not be extended to applicants who wish to be located outside the Start-Up Valley.
All eligible applicants would be informed of their admission, in writing, from 8 July 2026.
There is no floor plan for selection of stands. All applicants may indicate your preferred dimensions and open sides in your application form.
All stand space applications are for raw space only. Exhibitors are free to choose any stand contractor to work with to build their stands, including shell scheme stands. Alternatively, shell scheme packages will be made available by our appointed Technical Service Provider when the online service platform opens on 11 November 2026.
Stand space application opens on 9 September 2025.
The stand space cost is Euro 250 per sqm (plus VAT where applicable) which includes 17 services.
Stand Construction and Exhibits
There is no official freight forwarder appointed by the Organiser. Exhibitors are free to use any vendor of their choice.

The appointed Technical Service Provider, offers shell scheme packages that are available via the service platform from 11 November 2026.
Music copyright licensing, one of the 17 services, is included in the stand space rental charge. The licence covers only pre-recorded music and videos used during exhibition hours. Live performances are not included.

Exhibitors can submit their stand plan from 26 May 2027 via the Exhibitor Centre. Any submissions received after 26 May will be subjected to a late submission fee.
Before going onsite, exhibitors must submit the insurance form, a stand plan and exhibit layout, and also the compulsory forms available on the service platform (available from 11 November 2026) via the Exhibitor Centre. Contact service@itma.com and your hall manager will attend to your query.
Online Service Order Platform and Forms Submission
The number of parking passes an exhibitor is entitled to is based on the size of the stand (ground floor space). Please refer to the order form for car park passes (availabe from 11 November 2026) in the Exhibitor Centre for details.
Exhibitors will enjoy early bird prices on service orders received and paid on or before the 28 July 2026 deadline. Thereafter, the standard price for all services shall apply. Check out the Deadlines for Exhibitors here.

Freight and Logistics

ITMA 2027 does not appoint an official freight forwarder. Exhibitors are free to engage their own freight forwarding company to handle their shipment up to its arrival at the venue.
Provide your onsite logistical requirements to the Onsite Logistic Contractor by the service order deadline, 28 July 2027. Thereafter, the standard price for all services shall apply.
Badge Registration and Purchase
Badge prices will be available on the badge registration form from 11 November 2026.
Exhibitors' employees and customers will need to register for visitor badges to visit the show (valid from 16 to 22 September 2027). Badge prices will be available on the badge registration form from 11 November 2026.
Exhibitor, installer and contractor badge applications will open on 11 November 2026. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased via the badge registration form in the Exhibitor Centre. See the list of important deadlines here.
Exhibitor badges are strictly for the exhibiting company's employees who are assigned stand duties (valid from 30 August - 28 September 2027). The number of exhibitor badges allocated is based on the size of the stand. Please refer to the badge registration form (available from 11 November 2026) in the Exhibitor Centre for details on your badge entitlement.
For Visitor
Admission
As ITMA 2027 is a trade exhibition, all visitors must be in proper business attire. Those in shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers or sports sandals will not be allowed entry.
Visa related matters
The visa invitation letter is issued with your existing passport number. Hence, please renew your passport before requesting for the letter.
You may request for an invitation letter to support your visa application after purchasing your badge.
Badge Registration and Purchase
Yes, students can register for a student badge to access to the exhibition from 18 - 22 September 2027. Badge price will be available by Q4 of 2026.

No, badges are strictly non-transferable. Checks will be conducted and badges will be voided should the holders differ from the details shown on the badges.
No, a unique email address is required as every badge is personalised.
For Media
General
The press centre offers a number of workstations with power supply on a first-come-first-served basis as well as printer access. Journalists can also help themselves to the F&B catering.
The list of press conferences held by the ITMA organiser and exhibitors will be made available from July 2027.
Email press@itma.com or approach press officers at the onsite press centre for assistance.
Photographs will be made available online for download during show days. Photo credits are to be attributed to ITMA.
The media badge entitles the journalist to attend the ITMA 2027 press conference, receive press releases from the Organiser, and access the press centre and the exhibition during show opening hours.
Photographers who can show documentary proof that they are working for a bona fide media organisation.
Freelance reporters, editors and photographers must submit an official letter of assignment (on a company letterhead) from a bona fide publisher/editor/producer that states you are covering the exhibition for their organisations.
Please present an official order from the radio or TV company (original letterhead, no copy allowed). If accompanied by a camera crew, the filming schedule must be submitted before the exhibition opens. The crew must be accompanied by an ITMA staff member at all times.
Online registration will open in Q2 of 2027. During the exhibition period, you can apply at the press centre.

All invited guest speakers are curated by the respective programme committee. For interested parties please email your request and profile to info@itma.com.
Only ITMA 2027 exhibitors are eligible to participate in the call-for-papers submission.
There are two ways you could access the events submission platform to submit the call-for-papers or make an award application.
• Submission on Exhibitor Centre
• Submission on ITMA 2027 Website
For both options, you will be redirected to the events submission platform. You are required to register for an account separately at the events submission platform. Only the nominated person in-charge of events from the collaborator module in the Exhibitor Centre, OR the main corresponding person, will have access to the events submission platform. Please note that it could take up to 3 working days to activate your account from the date of your registration.

Application for ITMA Sustainability Innovation Award is open to all ITMA 2027 exhibitors and can be submitted via the Exhibitor Centre when submission opens in Q3 of 2026.

All conference delegates must first have a valid ITMA badge before they can attend any of the ITMA events.
Yes all conference tickets will be available onsite unless the conference session is fully sold out beforehand.
